What happens at the first visit

  1. Talk

We listen first: what hurts, what you do and what you want back.

  2. Test

We check how you move, so the plan fits you and not a template.

  3. Plan

You leave with next steps you can follow at home.

Before you book

What should I wear?

Something you can move in, and shorts or a loose top if the problem is a leg or shoulder.

Do I need to bring anything?

Any scan results, and shoes you exercise in if you are coming about running or sport.

Will I get a plan?

Yes. You leave with written next steps and exercises you can follow at home.
